The fashion industry has a warehouse problem. Clothes are made in bulk, guessed at by the million, shipped across the world, and discounted until someone takes them — or destroyed when no one does.
We chose a different mechanism. Every Trybalist piece is printed and cut when you order it. Your order is the reason it exists. Before that moment, it is a design and a bolt of fabric.

This is slower than fast fashion. A few days, usually. We think the wait is honest — the time it takes to make a thing properly, once, for one person.
It also changes what we make. When nothing needs to move in volume, nothing needs to chase a trend. We design pieces intended to be reordered in five years, not replaced in five weeks. Considered, not seasonal.
Made to order is not a compromise we manage. It is the standard we chose.
