The principle
Each piece is made to order — there is no warehouse of returns waiting to be resold. So our policy is simple and fair: if we got it wrong, we make it right.
Damaged, defective, misprinted
Within 30 days of delivery, email hello@trybalist.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the piece or refund you — your choice.
Sizing
Measure twice, order once — the sizing guide is accurate to each piece. If a sizing issue is our error, we will make it right.
